1 tbsp broken cashewnuts 1/2 tsp channadal 1 tsp chilli pdr 1 piece chopped ginger 2 piece chopped gr chilli 4 cup cooked rice 1 pinch cumin 1 springs 1 pinch garammasala pdr 1 tbsp ghee oil 1 pinch hing (optional) 1 pinch mustard 1/2 number onion 3 piece red chilli Haldi 1 tbs salt 3 number tomato 1/2 tsp urad dal mint (optional) chopped coriander
Heat some oil and add the red chillies,mustard ,cumin.and hing, add channadal ,urad dal and broken cashew nuts and add hing When they turn color, add the chopped onions and fry them till they turn transperent add haldi add chopped gr chilli and curry leaves and tomatoes Fry for 5 minutes.Add Garammasala and keep frying for a minute. Add the boiled rice and adjust the seasoning at last add coriander.
